If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible and provide your order number, details of the issue, and relevant photos or videos where applicable.

All return and refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility for a refund, replacement, exchange, or other resolution will be determined by Bawa’s Delicacy based on the circumstances of the request.
