1. BAWAS.COM.SG  Business and Scope of the Service Provided:

BAWAS.COM.SG is an e-commerce platform that provides an online grocery shopping experience to its users.

Your order is an offer to buy from us. Acceptance of the order is at the discretion of BAWAS.COM.SG. A contract will only be given effect once we notify you that we have confirmed your order. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you. Payment of the order is due at the time of delivery. Prices of products sold through our website may differ from those in retail stores.

BAWAS.COM.SG team will deliver the products to the address specified during order confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure the presence of someone responsible for receiving the order. Anyone receiving the order at the specified address will be presumed to be a person authorized by you to receive and is required to make full payment of the order. If the order is undelivered due to the absence of any receiver or the wrong delivery address, an additional delivery fee will be applicable on the re-delivery of the order.

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Prices of fresh fruits and vegetables change daily hence, prices prevailing at the commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices include all taxes and charges. In case of any additional taxes or charges the same will be mentioned on the website. All prices are maximum retail price unless specified otherwise.

• Cancellation Policy:

It is our policy to permit you to cancel the order until a contract has been made effective i.e. before we notify you via email/SMS/phone call of dispatch of the order. Once an order is dispatched, no cancellations can take place.

If any fraudulent transaction is suspected or a transaction is not under these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such order. We may also flag such suspected users of our website, deny access to them, and even cancel any orders placed by them in future.

2. Discounts and Coupons:

Each voucher/discount coupon may have certain conditions such as a minimum order requirement, single-use, or validity for a specific time. Upon entering the coupon code on the website bill amount is automatically adjusted as per the conditions of the coupon. You are eligible to use only one promotional/discount scheme at a time. Discount coupons are irreplaceable if lost or stolen and cannot be sold, refunded, exchanged, transferred, shared, or returned. No reproduction of the Voucher code is permitted. BAWAS.COM.SG reserves the right to verify the coupon and declare it nulland void if any duplication or fraudulent activity is suspected. All decisions of BAWAS.COM.SG with regards to the discount codes and promotional coupons are final.

2. Payment:

All payments are to be made in full and in cash (only in SGD) at the time of delivery. You can transfer payment by PayNow, SGQR and Bank Transfer.

2. Returns and Refunds

Please check all the product's quality and quantity at the time of delivery.  A product quality or quantity claim won’t be entertained after the stock is delivered. We won’t be able to return a product if it is not up to standard from inside after opening.

If a product is unopened and if the quality is not up to mark, please return it at the time of delivery, no later claims will be accepted.

We are not responsible if you don’t like the product and want to return it, we won’t be able to return it until there is some quality issue

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these Terms and Conditions, please contact our customer service team at info@bawas.com.sg. To access some areas of the website, it is important to create an account and become a member of BAWAS.COM.SG. 

As per the agreement, to transact with BAWAS.COM.SG, you agree to provide us with your correct, complete, and up-to-date information including, but not limited to, your legal name, billing and delivery address, and telephone/mobile number and you are required to promptly notify BAWAS.COM.SG of any change in your Customer Registration Data at info@bawas.com.sg. Once you become a member, safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password is your responsibility. Where fraud is detected with your account or any other irregular activity, BAWAS.COM.SG, reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel any offers, or your orders and suspend/terminate the account. 

5. Delivery information:

We are delivering main island of Singapore only.

BAWAS.COM.SG delivers seven days a week in between 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. 

Delivery charges are FREE if your order value is above S$100 otherwise delivery fee of S$10 will be charged.

The delivery date and time can be changed by contacting our customer service team by emailing us.

BAWAS.COM.SG DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED ON THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THIS WEBSITE OR ITS SERVER WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED EVEN IF BAWAS.COM.SG IS AWARE OF THEM. 

7. Indemnity:

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bawas.com.sg , its employees, directors, officers, agents, and their successors and assigns against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, including, but not limited to any warranties, representations or undertakings or about the non-fulfilment of any of its obligations under this agreement.

8. Arbitration:

In case of any dispute arises between you and Bawas.com.sg , and if the same is not settled by mutual consultation, it will be referred to arbitration, the award of the arbitrators or umpire, as the case may be, shall be final and binding and arbitration proceeding shall be held in Singapore.
